About Us
Sounds of Harmony
The Sounds of Harmony Gong Meditation program facilitates relaxation and rejuvenation through sound vibrations of gongs, bells and crystal bowls washing around and through you to enhance a meditative state.
Kevin and Sarah
Kevin and Sarah Bell have been married since 1992. They have been offering sound meditations since 2017 and have studied several times with Grand Gong Master Don Conreaux. They are also both level 2 Reiki certified. In addition, Sarah is a certified yoga teacher and has enjoyed teaching yoga since 1990.
